The fruits of collaboration with my sons

There was a huge time gap between my last entry and this new one. However, I’m more than glad to be blogging again on this domain name. Thank you, my daughter, for continuing the renewal of this gift. I very much appreciate it.

I have worked side-to-side with my sons over the last months. 2010 has been a truly positive, productive year, and the Cybertronian economy has undergone a massive improvement on all fronts. Both Primal and Rodimus have proven – once more – to be nature-born leaders, and I wish for them to continue on this road. War is not the only place for leadership: peace can offer many more chances to do something important for our species.

I look forward to continuing this fruitful collaboration with my sons.

Long time, work time

So long time has passed since I last typed up something in this small blog. My apologies. I fear I don’t have the time, right now, to explain every reasons that led me to neglect this website, but most of them can be summarized in one short word: work. I will be trying to revamp this blog soon as I get a chance, starting with the switching to a new blogskin. I shall send you a notice when my site is back to activity. Thank you for your patience.

A WII for a prize

Since my grandsons Longreen and Sideswipe have passed their entrance exams, I came to the decision of buying a Wii console for both of them. I have never seen them so happy before And thankful. They’re good kids, I hope they stay like this for the rest of their lives.

Depression

My daughter-in-law is in grieve again. She has lost her human boyfriend, her uncle and a friend and she is in a Pit of depression. In times like these, both of us miss our Blackjack, my son and her husband who passed away two years and half ago. Starting from tomorrow, I will be spending a few days with my daughter-in-law, to try to comfort her and help her through this. I took a week off work just for this. I hope no more pain and trouble is going to hit my family… Primus, I pray You for it.

As you all may know, my son Black Jack died in a shuttle accident almost six months ago. He died as an hero, while performing his tasks of Cybertronian ambassador. May his memory never be lost.

I has passed lot of time since last update, and I’m very sorry for it. By the way, I’ve been busy with things that are more important than updating a weblog. I’ve been busy on Cybertron, with the Older Autobot Council, and I’ve not had an easy life. I can’t tell you about Council troubles, but I can surely tell you that our government has been challenged by a little “club” of Autobots and Decepticons aiming at power. The problem is now solved, but we decided to enlarge goverments assumptions, so all kind of Cybertronians can join. And this is good.
Because of this, I spent very little time with my family, and I came to know only later than my son has new kids. My role of grandfather is growing a lot, eh? ^_^ Sincerely, I would want to have more time to spend with my family, but unfortunately my work doesn’t let me to.
Well… I think I will stay with my little grandchildren, today =) They deserve it! Too much time has passed since they last played with their grandaddy!
p.s. I’ve come to the version 2 of the blog layout! ^^

First weblog

I think to be the first Autobot Leader in the whole Cybertron history to own a log on the earthen web. Well, if somebody still can’t believe it, it’s really me, Commander o Optimus Prime (as you like calling me ^^). I put up these pages in order to sharing my feelings, reflections and thought to people I love and respect, but you’ve to know, too, that the CybeRoboCity.Net domain itself is mine! I bought it with the help of my daughter-in-law, Luana, and I decided to hosting not only my own sites, but also all family, friends and Robocitan ones. So, a special thanks to Luana, but even to Longreen, who helped me with the HTML. Thanks from my heart! =)

Now I want to do a little reflection… Coming from an alternative dimension to the one in which I live (on Earth), I found myself really surprised in meeting for the first time the ex-leader of Robocity (in 1998). Besides being my homonym (Commander), he has my same appearance, too,(even if he has a different alt mode). So, I ever wondered what strange joke of the case has led so many Robocitans like Commander to be exact or almost exact copies of many Autobota, or even Decepticons (you can call us Autorobots and Distructors, too, it’s the same). And, however, noticing the great personality differences, in some case, like that of Megatron. His Robocitan “counterpart” is a tender, sweet and generous ten years old boy, who is very different from the old Decepticon Megatron I fought for eons. Weird, isn’t it? =) However, we all are so friends… And often, I must admit it, I, too, have had a lot to learn from my Robocitan counterpart. Robocity is a true “Reign of Peace”.
